WA Liberals demand judicial inquiry into their own delusion

Western Australian Greens Senator Scott Ludlam has queried whether the Abbott Government supports the WA Liberals in their quest for a Royal Commission into climate change, or whether it is a purely local brain-snap which they intend to disregard.

"The Prime Minister has declared that this will be an ‘adult government', so it's hard to understand how an idea this juvenile could have seen the light of day," WA Greens Senator Scott Ludlam said this morning.

"Successive governments have indulged in a series of expensive debacles chasing military hardware - the Member for Tangney wants to continue that dubious tradition by pursuing second-hand American nuclear submarines.
